Our Mission

Vintage Bee is a collective of people with the aim to combine sustainability in the clothing industry, with the vitally important goal of preserving the species of bees for the greater purpose of saving planet earth and humanity.

Clothing Sustainability

We support sustainability in the clothing industry by re-selling purely second hand sourced clothing of local and international vendors. At every step of our sourcing and distribution process we prioritise climate action, CO² optimised distribution, as well as non-bleached, recyclable packaging. We take special care to be as environmentally friendly as possible in all our operations.

Bee Preservation

We take it one step further by not only optimising business structures for sustainability but also contribute a certain amount of every purchase to an environmental or an individual charitable cause. We combine our love for bees with our sustainable business practices. Therefore we donate 10€ per mystery box to a local bee protection association. If you want your donation to go to a different non-profit organisation in your region, please let us know in your order notes or you can contact us here.

Our bee preservation partner of choice is the Austrian bee keeping network “Bienenschutzgarten” (engl. “Bee Sanctuary Garden”). We selected this project because it is local, strictly non-profit and does great good in the regional environmental development of Austria. The network consists of many independent agricultural gardens and fields in which the farmers cultivate bees which protects and helps to regrow the local bee population.

This way, Vintage Bee gives its most for protecting the environment while providing you with authentic vintage clothing.
