We currently offer free delivery to Germany and Austria. If you live in these regions, you are eligible for free shipping and do not have to pay any extra fees. At the moment, if you are ordering from other regions, we ask you to understand that delivery costs may apply. You can see the delivery costs for your order during the checkout process.

Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-2 business days from the moment we receive your order until it get gets delivered to your address.

Should you not receive the package within 7 business days, please get in touch with us, so we can help you find your package.

We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Klarna, SOFORT, EPS, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, as well as various Cryptocurrencies and more in our store. You can see and choose the available payment methods during the checkout process. If you have any questions about payment, please feel free to contact us.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. If you find that something is not right with your order, you can simply contact us here with your refund request. We will get in touch with you asap. You can return your package to us within 14 days of receiving your order and the amount will be refunded to the payment method at the moment of purchase. We ask you to understand, that we offer free delivery for different regions, and therefore we consider it as fair, that delivery costs for return packages are to be covered by you.

Our vintage clothing consists of pieces from around the planet and each country has its own standards. Because of this, our Mystery Boxes are sold as unisex. We measure and estimate each piece by hand for you, so that your order will contain vintage clothes that you can wear. While we do our best to find the sizes that best match your order, please understand that it is still a mixture of various vintage pieces from many different times and places around the world, and not every order may contain your perfect fit.

We also check the condition of each piece for its quality and possible defects. Our Vintage Mystery Boxes consist of authentic, creative and stylish second hand clothing pieces that have already lived through many stories before they came to you. That is what makes vintage clothing so special. And while we pay great attention to the quality of our products, it is also why we ask you to understand that occasionally, some pieces may have small, visible beauty spots. Now it’s time for these pieces to accompany you through your stories!

Our vintage clothing inventory is updated every two weeks, therefore the pieces are varying very much. Please note, that our website is not updated that frequently, that’s why you may see pictures of demo-pieces for longer times than they are available.

Vintage Bee was born on the idea of protecting and preserving our world. As a young collective, we want to play our part in helping to save our planet, which is why we had the idea to combine sustainable clothing with ecosystem preservation. With vintage clothing, we tap into a vivid market that aims to replace one of the biggest waste generators in the world – the fast fashion industry. We sell only second-hand vintage clothing and hence directly combat the waste pollution and human exploitation made by fast fashion. And to maximise the amount of good we can do per purchase of our Mystery Boxes, we always donate 10€ per Mystery Box to a regional bee protection network, supporting many individual beekeepers gardens and farms in their initiative.
