Delivery costs

We currently offer free delivery to Germany and Austria. If you live in these regions, you are eligible for free shipping and do not have to pay any extra fees.

If you are ordering from other regions, we ask you to understand that delivery costs may apply. You can see the delivery costs for your order during the checkout process.

Delivery time

Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-2 business days from the moment we receive your order until it get gets delivered to your address.

Should you not receive the package within 7 business days, please get in touch with us, so we can help you find your package.

Right to return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. If you find that something is not right with your order, you can simply contact us here with your refund request. We will get in touch with you asap. You can return your package to us within 14 days of receiving your order and the amount will be refunded to the payment method at the moment of purchase. We ask you to understand, that we offer free delivery for different regions, and therefore we consider it as fair, that delivery costs for return packages are to be covered by you.

Tax

Since Vintage Bee is an Austrian company, our standard tax rate is 20%. All prices presented on our shop are with VAT included. Please note, that you can always see the amount of tax for your order at the checkout process.
